The note was one of his most endearing expressions of love. He described me as his flower that bloomed in the moonlight. We met and fell in love during a very dark time in his life. Our friendship and love bloomed, in spite of every obstacle in our way, into a beautiful work of art; like a flower. Naturally, I was very happy and overwhelmed the loving sentiment. What was so intriguing for me was wondering how many other dark life situations had bloomed into flowers too.The concept of Flowers Bloom in the Moonlight: The Anthology, was born when I asked that very question.
