This may not be exactly envy, but it is very frustrating for us nevertheless. With a slight change of attitude towards ourselves, a little more knowledge of the persuasive framework, and a little practice, all of this can change. We may not become the most persuasive speakers in the world, but we will be a lot better than we are now, and feel a lot more satisfied with ourselves.Brian O'C. Leggett was born in Co.Wicklow, Ireland. He studied law at London University and at the Inns of Court School of Law, Gray's Inn, London, which was followed by a Master's degree in Humanities (Classical Rhetoric). His PhD was in Corporate Communications. He is now a professor in the Department of Managing People in Organizations at IESE Business School of University of Navarra. For over twenty years he has taught courses on Communication mainly on the MBA program and also in Executive Education.0
